Attractions in Heber

The Heber Valley Railroad may well be the Valley's biggest and most celebrated attraction, but it's far from the only attraction. A visit to Heber Valley, no matter when you visit, can be culturally rich and highly entertaining.

Deer Creek State Park

Map Deer Creek Reservoir, in Deer Creek State Park, is in the southwest corner of Heber Valley. It offers camping and boating facilities. It is in one of the most beautiful locations in Utah. Its accessibility and services make the park very popular with windsurfers, boaters, fisherman and campers.

Heber City Cemetery

The Heber City Cemetery is the burial location for Northern Ute Chief Tabby's son, Tom.

Heber Fort

FORT HEBER MONUMENTS -- These redsandstone monuments mark the four corners of the Heber Fort. The markers were erected by the Sons of Utah Pioneers.
