Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant

The Blue Boar Restaurant is almost intimidatingly highly rated, named the best dining in Utah by Best in State, and famous for its wines, European style food, the quality of its chefs and even its brunch. The herbs sprinkled on the food come right from the garden and everything is fresh and organic. The menu is also organic, or, at least, dynamic - you may well have a different set of choices every time you visit. One night, it may be wild boar chops, the next, pan seared diver scallops. There's even a certain variety to where you can dine. There's the more casual Truffle Hollow or the outdoor patio, "The Hinterhoff."
