Looking for fun stuff to do to celebrate Pioneer Day? We've got you covered with so many different options!

Head over to the Homestead Resort for BBQ, campfire and cowboy poetry and some good old fashioned fun (be sure to join in the potato sack races! ;) There'll be a campfire with cowboy poetry with Sparky and summer favorites like watermelon and root beer floats! It's fun for the whole family. Activities are free, food available for purchase. The event runs from 5-9pm, then enjoy watching the Charleston fireworks from the top of the Crater. Check out the details here: http://revinate.me/jak

Or you could watch the fireworks while on the Heber Valley Railroad with a front row seat, across the lake from the fireworks! Dinner, train ride, fireworks and music are all included in a spectacular celebration!

The annual Charleston Country Market takes place at the Charleston Park from 5-10pm. There'll be a variety of vendors and food for purchase and you'll be right on the shores of Deer Creek to watch the fireworks.

And since we're honoring Utah's pioneer heritage this week, be sure to stop by the Daughters of the Utah Pioneer museum to see the antiques on display and hear stories of what it must have been like for those early settlers.

Museum is located in the old library at 188 S Main Street and is open Tues-Sat, 11:30am—4:30pm.
