All situated on approximately 28 acres in the scenic area of Midway, Utah, approximately 55% of the property (about 16 acres) will be protected due to wetlands, hot pots, pot rock outcroppings, and 25% or greater slopes at the mountain range base. In spring 2023, the rebirth of a world-class spa, boutique hotel, family resort, and cottages comes alive. Upon receiving approval in August 2022, the proposed building plan includes:

History:
The Mountain Spaa resort is an important heritage landmark in Midway. A former attraction frequented by Native Americans was established in the 1880s, then in the 1950’s operated as a resort focused on pools, using the geothermal water found on site, and as a gathering area for the community. The location’s rich history supports the success of a hot springs and mineral spa retreat.
