Golf in the Heber Valley is spectacular! 90 holes of pristine mountain golf await with courses that range in difficulty for the newby and the seasoned pro. We could be talking about slope, rating, yardage, and even pros and cons of leaving work to play golf (are there any cons?).
But we all know the most pressing question after coming off the 18th green is “Where we gonna eat?” The answer is easier than a two inch putt for birdie - Eat at the course. The dining options at Wasatch Mountain, Soldier Hollow, and Crater Springs are guaranteed to amply satisfy your post (or pre) round needs. We’ll explore fan favorites and specialties from Soldier Hollow Grill, Wasatch Park Café, and Fanny’s Grill. Be warned you may come away hungry.
If you’re practicing portion control… wait you just came off number 18 and it’s been a hot day, and you’re starving. You’re not practicing portion control. Good thing because not only are the burgers and sandwiches great, but they come with a mound of fries that it’s going to take your loftiest wedge to get over. So enjoy a heaping portion of food and take in the breathtaking views of the Heber Valley from the grill while counting up your score card.

Most people who come to play Crater Springs arrive early before their tee time to make time for a fresh hot off the grill breakfast. Might I recommend the fried green tomatoes eggs benedict. Two poached eggs served over a bed of fried green tomatoes with a spicy hollandaise sauce with a kick to get your morning going. Or you don’t have time for Fanny’s hearty breakfasts swing through at the end of your round for the fan favorite fish and chips.
Alcohol: Mixed Drinks served in the restaurant, Beer available through the Sand Trap snack Shop.
On The Course: Sand Trap drink cart. Don’t worry they make their rounds frequently.
