Anywhere you find an open trail, you can go snowshoeing in the Heber Valley. Over 90% of Wasatch County is open space comprised of State Parks, Bureau of Land Management acreage, and National Forest areas. With over 400 miles of trails, finding a secluded place to snowshoe is not a problem. Those new to the activity are encouraged to try a guided hike with a local outfitter. Swing by the Wasatch Mountain State Park Visitor Center or Soldier Hollow Competition Center for more family-friendly experiences.
