Soup and SoHo returns to Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Soup and SoHo is an annual fundraiser benefiting Team Soldier Hollow’s cross-country and biathlon programs. “Soup and SoHo is such a fun event. It is unique as far as fundraisers go, and helps our team immensely. While we are lucky to have the support of the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation, donations help keep team fees low and defray other costs associated with our Nordic and Biathlon teams. The athletes love the event and everyone always has a good time. We invite the community to come support our team and enjoy the Heber Valley treasure that is Soldier Hollow.,” said Sara Studebaker-Hall, Team Soldier Hollow Program Manager. Tickets are $20 per adult, $10 for youth (ages 6-12), and ages 5 and under are free. Each adult ticket includes a commemorative soup mug to take home. The restaurants participating in this year’s event include the following: Blue Boar Inn, Dairy Keen, Midway Mercantile, Snake Creek Grill, Homestead Resort, Zermatt Resort, Midway Bakery, and Suss Cookies. Live and silent auction items will be available throughout the evening. “Soup & SoHo is the annual Team SoHo fundraiser. All money raised goes directly to help cover team expenses. We are so excited to have involvement from many excellent restaurants and local businesses and look forward to a wonderful evening full of great food, great company, door prizes, and both silent and live auction items,” said Zach Hall, Biathlon Program Manager at Soldier Hollow.
