The Forgotten Carols stage performance tells the story of Connie Lou, a nurse whose empty life is changed when Uncle John, a new patient she is attending, recounts the story of Christ’s birth as told by little known characters in the nativity story. The accounts from the Innkeeper, the Shepherd and others help the nurse discover what the world has forgotten about Christmas, ultimately encouraging her to open her heart to the joy of this special season.
We are excited to announce Angela Jeffries playing the role of Connie Lou this year! This is a special Preview Performance of The Forgotten Carols, and the first performance where Angela will join our cast. And while we anticipate that the show will run straight through like a regular performance, we reserve the right to briefly stop and start the show to address technical, artistic or other production issues, if needed. Seating for this performance, and this performance only, will be General Admission. Please note the earlier start time of 7:00 PM for this performance. The lobby will open at 6:00pm and patrons will be allowed to start forming a line at this time. The doors into the auditorium will be open by 6:30pm so that patrons may find a seat. We will NOT oversell the house. If you purchase a ticket, you will have a seat. Even though this is a Preview Performance, we will strictly enforce the policy of no children age 2 and younger (including babes-in-arms) in the auditorium during the show. We encourage you to find appropriate childcare for young children. There will be no discounts offered, including the group discount, for the Preview Performance. We are excited to have you come and "Experience the Magic" of The Forgotten Carols!
