Z's Restaurant at Zermatt Resort (formerly Z's Steak & Chop Haus) is a European-style prime steakhouse that serves the finest cuts of prime-aged and local steaks and chops. Meats are simply seasoned with a local Utah's Redmond Sea Salt and cracked black pepper.
