A Bolder Way Forward (BWF) is a statewide initiative led by the Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) to advance the well-being and success of Utah women and girls. This collaborative movement brings together organizations, businesses, and community leaders to address key areas such as education, workplace equity, leadership opportunities, and overall quality of life. Through research, partnerships, and action-focused strategies, the Heber Valley BWF group aims to create lasting positive change.
