We’re ready to kickoff summer in a big way! With open air markets, outdoor concerts, baseball tournaments, car shows, art festivals, theatre performances, running and biking races, fireworks, rodeos, and one of the biggest demolition derbies in the western U.S. Whew... and that’s just the first half of the summer season. Bring your family and friends, get dinner from one of the many food trucks, peruse the local artisan booths, bring a chair or blanket, and enjoy the free outdoor concert on the lawn that starts at 6:30 pm. Happening every Thursday from 5 to 9 pm at Heber City Main Street Park and runs for 12 consecutive weeks from June through August.}

Join us for a daylong celebration of independence, family, and country on July 4th. Festivities kick off in the early morning with scenic Main-to-Main 10K and 5K races (register today), followed by a Patriotic Walk, breakfast, and flag ceremony. The day is chock full of fun and festivities, so come on out and celebrate in a big way at this local event that concludes with an impressive fireworks show overhead.

The festival formerly known as Wasatch Mountain Music Festival is a family-friendly event held in the beautiful and quaint mountain town of Wallsburg, Utah. The festival offers a fun mix of contemporary and traditional roots-based music bringing together the best of bluegrass, Celtic, folk, singer-songwriter, and roots rock music.

Utah’s best small-town fair happens the first week of August each year and runs for a full week. Special events and activities take place each day and throughout the valley. Many events are free. Check out the FULL SCHEDULE HERE and plan for a full week of fun.

The annual Swiss Days event takes place the Friday and Saturday before Labor Day each year and draws a huge crowd on both days. Local and national vendors work tediously, crafting and creating their wares to display and sell. Witness the best in the west as competitors of all ages and abilities (from Junior High and High School to professional and globally-ranked) lay it all out here in Heber Valley at a chance to place in the top and among the best. All rodeo events are held at the Wasatch County Events Center and outdoor rodeo grounds.

Enjoy three nights of back-to-back action with metal-on-metal, the smell of dirt and exhaust permeating the open air, and plenty of excitement. The annual demolition derby is the largest in the state and sells out in advance every year. (Tickets on sale in early June.)

A truly epic route through some of Utah’s beautiful high country, this 21-mile loop features roughly 1,700 feet of climbing per lap and tackles almost the entirety of the Coyote Loop Trail System starting and finishing at Utah Valley University – Wasatch Campus. Come ride this challenging course, or cheer on the brave athletes for an awesome day of singletrack racing.

Enjoy this all-downhill course in scenic Heber Valley, and support children with autism across the state of Utah. The race course is beautiful and well-supported. This race is always a popular event in Heber Valley. Proceeds benefit Utah Autism Centers.
