No snow? No Problem... yet! While old man winter is still vacationing, there is still plenty to do around the Heber Valley that doesn't take snow to enjoy. Here is our list of the best no snow friendly activities. Though you don't need snow for these awesome things, we're still hoping those winter dump days are just around the corner to give us an awesome ski season.

Ice Castle Set to Open Dec. 27

An unforgettable winter experience will return to Midway, Utah this season, bringing millions of tourism dollars with it. Utah-based Ice Castles has already started construction on their Midway winter wonderland and is on target to open December 27, if temperatures stay seasonal.

Take a Ride at Dutch Hollow

It doesn’t matter if you’re a local or a visitor to Heber Valley, the Dutch Hollow Trail system of Wasatch Mountain State Park is definitely worth your time. If you’re new to the sport of mountain biking you really need to give the Heber Valley Overlook trail a try. The trailhead for this ride starts right from the parking lot making it easy to find.

Finding Fairy Forest

Just to the east of Heber Valley are hundreds, maybe even thousands, of fairies enchanting the forests along side the scenic Mirror Lake Highway. Somewhat mystical in origin, it's not clear how, why or when the Fairy Forest came to be.
