Who doesn’t love a bright balloon display? Yarasen Garcia, owner of Dreams Fiesta Designs, asked herself this same question when she started putting together balloon designs for the special annual events held by the Christian Center of Park City (CCPC). In her volunteer role with CCPC, she cultivated her craftwork and perfected her balloon arrangements. After several compliments from patrons at the events and fellow volunteer staff, Yarasen decided it was time to start her small business in her hometown of Heber Valley.
Growing up, Yarasen didn’t have many parties or celebrations, so she decided that, as an adult, she was going to help others celebrate their special moments, days, and events. She believes that every person deserves to have “fiestas” in their lives, and she is committed to helping others celebrate with bright balloon creations. She and her husband team up to create the lit display numbers and letters that allow her to personalize each display. Then she creates a fully custom piece for the person, celebration, or event.
