September 2025 Business of the Month: Heber Fit Body Boot Camp
The Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize Heber Fit Body Boot Camp as the September 2025 Business of the Month. This award is more than just a title—it reflects the appreciation of the Chamber, the Chamber Advisory Board, and the community for a business that goes above and beyond in creating meaningful impact throughout Heber Valley.
Rooted in Community and Transformation
When Fit Body Boot Camp first opened its doors in Heber Valley in early 2020, no one could have anticipated the challenges that would follow just six weeks later with the onset of COVID-19. Despite those hurdles the remainder of that year and even into 2021, the gym continued to grow, build resilience, and carve out its place as a supportive wellness hub in the valley.
Owners and locals Becky and Chance Spensko took over in 2023. Becky has her own powerful story of transformation experienced through the program and at this same facility. Fitness wasn’t her first love, and she admits she was hesitant to try at first. But after encouragement from co-workers, Becky attended her first class—and she never looked back. In just over two years, she logged more than 1,200 workouts and lost over 100 pounds, a life-changing journey that she has proudly maintained. Today, she leads the business as both an owner and an inspiration, showing clients what’s possible when commitment and community combine.
More Than a Gym; A Wellness Community
What sets Heber Fit Body Boot Camp apart is its holistic approach and authentic connections in a safe and welcoming space. It’s not just a gym with weights and treadmills—it’s a wellness facility designed to empower, encourage, and uplift its members.
Classes are efficient, total-body workouts lasting just 30 minutes, making it easy for busy adults to still prioritize their health. Two trainers are always on the floor, classes are capped at 32 participants, and each session is tailored to meet the needs of the group. While many clients are women ages 35–55, the program welcomes women and men of all ages. The facility also offers Fit Body Forever classes, a program dedicated to functional fitness for clients ages 55 and older. Ranging from age 44 to 85 currently, these participants focus on strength, stability, and stamina—equipping them to remain active and independent in their daily lives.
Every detail of the 3,500-square-foot facility is intentional. From the thick padded flooring and “clean gym shoes” policy to custom clean scents that create a welcoming atmosphere, Becky and Chance have built an environment where members feel comfortable, safe, and supported. Unlike big-box gyms or intimidating workout environments, Heber Fit Body Boot Camp offers a refreshing alternative: a place where clients come for fitness but stay for the connection, encouragement, and camaraderie.
Proud Recipient of this Recognition
Becky credits the Heber Valley Chamber for playing a key role in the gym’s growth and visibility. Through Chamber events, networking opportunities, and community outreach, Heber Fit Body Boot Camp has been able to share its mission with residents and businesses alike.
“The networking opportunities are unmatched,” Becky notes, expressing her gratitude for how the Chamber helps local businesses thrive. That kind of support and recognition is at the heart of why the Business of the Month award exists. The Chamber celebrates local businesses that invest in the community while also benefiting from the strong, collaborative spirit of Heber Valley.

Heber Fit Body Boot Camp’s recognition as Business of the Month highlights not only its contribution to health and wellness but also its role in strengthening the connectivity of the valley. From early morning classes at 5 am to evening workouts convenient following a work day, the facility is consistently buzzing with classes morning, noon, and night.
By creating a welcoming space for people of all fitness levels, offering programs that span generations, and staying committed to the wellness journey of its clients, Becky and Chance have built something truly special.
