Chef Lee Anne Wong partners with Deer Valley’s world-renowned culinary team to source the highest quality ingredients from Utah, in addition to unique ingredients she will bring from Hawaii, to prepare an elaborate six-course dinner on three separate nights at Empire Canyon Lodge. Each evening begins with a VIP reception at 6:45 pm, partnered with La Colombe, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm. A special selection of wines from local vintners and cocktails from local spirits producers will be thoughtfully paired with each course.
