Spring is right around the corner. Bringing with it sunny days, spring skiing, and many home or business projects awaiting warmer weather. Also, right around the corner, and just in time for all those “should do” lists, is our third annual Ask Heber Valley Community Expo.
On April 12th, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Wasatch County Recreation Center, the Community Expo, presented by Heber Valley Railroad, will bring together dozens of businesses and thousands of residents. Making this expo a perfect place to showcase our Chamber members’ products and services.
Several years ago, the Chamber board and staff were brainstorming ways to bring Chamber members and the community together. We often hear sentiments such as “Oh, I never knew your business was here!” or “I didn’t know we had this service in the valley!” With these sentiments in mind, three years ago, we started the first-ever Ask Heber Valley Community Expo.
After the first expo's success, we decided to make the event a tradition. Today, we are excited to bring new amenities and an increased capacity to showcase more of our wonderful Chamber members. This year, the expo will feature space for over 80 businesses, making this the perfect opportunity for locals to see many businesses at once, and creating a better experience for vendors and attendees.
To help enhance the family-friendly setting, we are expanding our food offering and creating a family zone with face painting and balloon artists to keep younger kids entertained. Additionally, our team has created a robust marketing strategy to reach local area residents and draw them to the event. Now is the perfect time to sign up to showcase your business before space runs out. We had a waitlist last year for booth space!
