November 2023 Director's Letter

Dear Members of our vibrant community,

As we reflect on the recent election results, I am reminded of the essence of our democratic process and the significance it holds in shaping our community's future. Whether you found cause for celebration or offered condolences, the very fabric of our democratic system lies in the clarity, inclusivity, and meaningfulness of the process itself.

Personally, I am a firm believer in prioritizing the process over immediate outcomes. The commitment of candidates who stepped into the arena of public office, often unsure of the outcome, speaks volumes about their dedication to our community. It is this dedication that fuels the Chamber's advocacy for local businesses, aligning with processes that promise to unite, connect, and promote local businesses, local needs, and local voices with lasting, positive change.

To all newly elected city officials, we offer our heartfelt congratulations. Now, as we move forward, let's join together, roll up our sleeves, and collectively work towards making great things happen in Heber Valley and beyond. Our community's potential is boundless when we come together and collaborate.

Wishing you all continued success and positive momentum.

Sincerely,

Dallin Koecher
Executive Director
Heber Valley Chamber
