1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Heber Valley Office of Tourism and Economic Development, affiliated partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the form on the official giveaway page by providing their full name, zip code, and a valid email address and subscribing to the Heber Valley tourism newsletter. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning May 6, 2025 and ending at 11:59 PM MST on June 26, 2025. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
4. Prize Details
One winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to see Joe Nichols perform at the Red, White, and Blue Festival at the Wasatch County Event Center on July 4, 2025. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via the email address or phone number provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.
6. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree to allow Heber Valley Tourism to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Privacy
All information collected through the entry form will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and sending periodic tourism newsletters. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
By entering this giveaway, you agree to allow the Heber Valley Office of Tourism to contact you via email for purposes related to the giveaway, future promotions, and tourism-related updates. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
8. General Conditions
Heber Valley Tourism reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final.
