Friends of Wasatch Mountain State Park

The Friends of Wasatch funds and supports projects at/for Wasatch Mountain State Park to promote the development of responsible recreational opportunities and facilities. 

Example projects Friends of Wasatch has funded fully or in partnership with the Park include:  3-D archery targets at the Archery Range; fish cleaning station, dock at the pond, and new playground at the Visitor Center; Black Willow Nature Experience near the Chalet/Dear Creek Trailhead; donation to Wasatch Trails Foundation to “Adopt-a-Trail” to fund 3 years of maintenance on Happy Camper Trail; and mobile trail signage to alert trail users of closures, maintenance, and events occurring.
