Rock Cliff Recreation area at Jordanelle State Park, Perimeter Trail (Boat Ramp) (map)
Bundle up and join us for an evening snowshoe under the light of January’s full moon, otherwise known as the ‘wolf moon’.
We’ll be following the Perimeter Trail of the Rock Cliff Recreation area in Jordanelle State Park, a mountainous 2-mile out-and-back trail with lovely views over the Jordanelle reservoir. Remember to wear warm boots and layers and bring water. This trial is rated as intermediate.
Snowshoes and headlamps are available, however, feel free to bring your own.
Our community events are offered in partnership between Wasatch Mountain Institute and Jordanelle State Park and are always free of charge. However, there is a $10/ vehicle ($5 seniors) entrance fee for the State Park.
Please register through the form below. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns to [email protected].
