Hi all, Timp Valley Theatre will be hosting a car show on Aug 1 at Heber Main Street Park. We are fundraising for the purchase of new theater chairs. If you have attended any of our events, you will know that we are in desperate need of new chairs! Our goal is to raise approximately $8000.00 to put towards this purchase. In the coming weeks, TVT Board Members will be reaching out to ask if you would consider donating items to offer as 'opportunities' for the car show enthusiasts. We are looking for in-kind donations such as gift baskets, gift certificates, gift cards, and donated items, or services. Car shows draw hundreds of enthusiasts from all over the State of Utah, spending money (food, gas, other purchases) here. We will place your business name/logo on the donation description at the event. We will feature your business in our programs through 2026 at over 20 events, averaging 80 -100 attendees per event, and promote your business on our social media channels, emails, etc. TVT can provide tax-deductible information for you and arrange to pick up any donated items, etc.
