Wine Dinner @ Midway Mercantile

Thursday, June 11th @ 6 pm: Robert Sinskey Wine Dinner
One of the oldest Napa wineries that consistently has produced highest quality organic wines for fair prices, Robert Sinskey Vineyards will provide an exciting lineup of interesting wines. The Araxis, Vin Gris, Mercian, and Orgia, along with the Carneros Pinot Noir and Merlot wines, will bring high excitement to the room. John is ready to match that excitement with his food pairings. Food $55 per person. Wine $100 per person. Make your reservations in advance!

Wednesday, July 8th @ 6 pm: Parallel Wine Dinner
We are honored to have Park City’s legacy winery back again for a summertime tasting time. Founded by 8 Parkites in the early 2000’s, Parallel produces classic and epic wines that ALWAYS satisfy, all sourced from Napa. We will do the usual 6 courses, doubling up here and there on their rose, chardonnay, cabernet and reserve cabernet. Food $55 per person. Wine $120 per person. Make your reservations in advance!
