Intermountain Health News, Heber City, UT (November 20, 2025) - Intermountain Heber Valley Hospital has earned a 2025 Performance Leadership Award for excellence from The Chartis Center for Rural Health, an award that recognizes rural hospitals that achieve top performance for quality care and patient experience.

The Performance Leadership Award highlights hospitals across the nation that consistently deliver exceptional care and positive patient experiences, ensuring that rural communities have access to high-quality healthcare close to home.
