On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, the talented and welcoming team at Coldwell Banker held a ribbon cutting to share its Heber City office space and celebrate the change from former Innovative Real Estate to now the newest location of Coldwell Banker. The newly appointed Managing Broker (and long-time Realtor), Reggan Jastram, joined Coldwell Banker earlier this year and migrated her Innovative Real Estate business and much of her team to now operate under the Coldwell Banker brokerage. Reggan spends most of her time along the Wasatch Back region, where she specializes in residential and commercial luxury properties. As the Managing Broker, Reggan oversees operations for offices in both Heber City and Park City.

As a resident of Heber Valley, Reggan is very connected with the local community and loves living along the Wasatch Back. She stays quite busy being a mom and full-time Broker, and still finds time for her philanthropic interests. She is a wonderful resident in the community and gives back to the valley in a number of ways. Due to Reggan's (and her team's) dedication and service to the community, her brokerage, Innovative Real Estate was awarded the Heber Valley Chamber Business of the Month in October 2020.
