Mountainlands Community Housing Trust (MCHT) is looking for new participants to join the Self-Help Housing Program in Heber City, Utah. The Self-Help Housing Program is a USDA/Rural Development program sponsored by MCHT for low-income to very low-income families to achieve the dream of home ownership through “sweat equity.” These participants are building a three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom townhome at 1200 Southfield Road in Heber City, Utah. Mountainlands has completed nearly 25 Self-Help Groups across Summit and Wasatch counties.
