The Heber Valley Chamber sponsors many events throughout the year, ranging from monthly lunches to tree lighting ceremonies in December.  To learn about Chamber events, read the listings below, and be sure to also check out our events calendar.

Chamber Lunches.

On the third Tuesday of each month, Chamber members gather for lunch to network and learn from various speakers and presenters.  Lunches are catered locally and cost $12.00 for Chamber members and $15.00 for non-Chamber members. All lunches take place at the UVU Wasatch Campus.  To attend, please RSVP by sending an email to [email protected] no later than the Friday preceeding the lunch (exceptions are made for special circumstances).  You may also register here.

Chamber Golf Tournament.

The Heber Valley Chamber sponsors the annual Golf Invitational--an exciting golf tournament that rotates annually between Wasatch Mountain State Park Golf Course, Soldier Hollow Golf Course, and Crater Springs Golf Course.  The Golf Invitational will take place August 16 at Soldier Hollow Golf Course and will replace the monthly lunch.  All proceeds from the Golf Invitational are used to promote the Chamber's Keep it Local campaign.  Be sure to register for a spot by clicking here.

Shop Local Saturday & Tree Lighting Celebration.

Each year, the Heber Valley Chamber works with local businesses to provide great discounts as part of the national Shop Local Saturday.  This event culminates with a tree lighting celebration in Midway's townhall and features choirs, performances, sleighrides, and a special visit from Mr. and Mrs. Clause.

Chamber Christmas Gala.

Join the Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce for our innaugural Christmas Gala. This year the Gala will be hosted on Thursday, December 7 at the Soldier Hollow Grill. The Gala will include dinner, entertainment, business awards, and dessert. We hope you will join us for this formal event.

Wasatch Back Job Fair.

The Heber Valley and Park City Chambers have partnered to host an annual Wasatch Back Job Fair.  In 2016, this large employee recruitment event will take place at the Utah Valley University-Wasatch Campus in Heber City.  The event will be held on Wednesday, May 11 from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.

The long list of new businesses is ever-growing in the Heber Valley.  We welcome your business to our area and provide support for ribbon cutting ceremonies and grand openings.

When your business is getting ready to open, contact our office to arrange a time and date to celebrate your business and its opening.  We provide ribbon, large scissors, and a featured spotlight in our monthly newsletter.  We will take photographs of the event as well.  Typically, members of the Heber Valley Chamber board and the Chamber staff attend the ceremony and participate in the celebration.  To arrange for a ribbon cutting ceremony, please complete and return the following form: Ribbon Cutting Guidelines
