Saturday December 6th the Heber Valley Chamber hosted the annual Chamber Santa Train. This is a yearly event held ONLY for  Heber Valley residents, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce. A FREE ride on the Heber Valley Railroad with Santa. We traditionally schedule the train ride the first Saturday of December and tickets are available the week of Thanksgiving.

In Heber Valley its simple matter to touch the sky. The only question is -- how do you want to do it? People who want to be airborne here can pick their vehicle of choice: plane, helicopter, glider or hot air balloon.

Interested in what the Wasatch area will look like in the year 2020? A group of community leaders are. They organized themselves last year to address this issue and have been steadily hammering out a vision of what this area could become ever since. Input from local residents on this visioning process will be welcomed at a 2020 Vision community meeting on Oct. 23.
