Where this trail is located, the mountains rise over 10,000 feet, vegetated with conifer and aspen opening onto grassy meadows that are dotted with wildflowers most of the summer. Numerous trails wind through these high elevation woods and meadows, offering some unbeatable day-hikes and a few opportunities for overnight backpack trips. Access the trailhead adjacent to site #17 in the campground. To reach Mill Hollow Campground, follow Utah Hwy 35 east of Woodland to the Mill Hollow turnoff (Forest Road #054) and follow this road to the reservoir and campground.
