On Aug 13 join us for the PaddleFest at Deer Creek Reservoir from 11 am to 3 pm. Come to Rainbow Bay to enjoy a day on the lake without the noise of motorized boats or watercraft. This event is all about exploring the shores and waters of Deer Creek Reservoir with a paddle. Utah State Parks and Recreation has teamed up with Cabelas and other sponsors for our 2nd Annual Paddlefest for everyone to come and have some fun. This year we are excited to also recognize and show our appreciation for our military personnel for a free day at the park. The sponsors are bringing non-motorized watercraft such as: canoes, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, kick pontoons, etc. The Paddlefest is to promote non-motorized watercraft and the participants are welcome to use the watercraft at no cost for 30 minutes at a time. Our goal is for each participant to try out several different types of watercraft. If you like the equipment you use, you may purchase it at the end of the event. There will be life jackets available for those who do not have their own at no cost.
Just $10 per vehicle up to 8 people. Enter at the Rainbow Bay entrance, a perfect spot to enjoy the day. Stop in at the group pavilion in large parking lot for more information and check out our sponsors.
Rainbow Bay is just around the corner from either the Marina Boat Dock or the Dock of the Bay on Hwy 189. Still can't find us? Better call just to be safe.
