Film Permit Application 
Heber Valley Film Commission does not give final approval on film permitting; that is done by the different government entities.

With the film application, attach a document that explains how and when you will notify businesses and residents located near the filming location(s). Please give businesses and residents at least 48 hours notice before filming. If possible, go door-to-door to alert them.  

For the filming site map, provide a detailed map of how you will be utilizing each filming location, including where you will be placing equipment.

Fees 
Depending on the size of the production, various fees may be assessed.  Larger projects that require additional services (such as electricity and access to public buildings) may be subject to additional fees covered by “other fees” in the film permit application. Heber Valley Film Commission does not get involved with negotiating costs or handling any type of contract commitments.
