This year’s winners from Heber Valley were – the Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant, Dairy Keen, Heber Valley Artisan Cheese, Red Ledges, Café Galleria, and Nitro-Pak.

Being named as one of Utah’s Best of State is quite an accomplishment. Best of State organizers use an extensive nomination and adjudication process to find out who is best in each category.

According to Best of State organizers the awards were created to recognize outstanding individuals, organizations and businesses in Utah.

“By recognizing excellence in our community and sharing examples of success and triumph in so many worthy endeavors, we hope all will be inspired to reach a little higher, to try a little harder, and to work a little smarter for our dreams and goals.”

These six businesses achieving the best in their categories represents good things for the business community as a whole says Ryan Starks, executive director of the Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce.

“The success of these businesses shows that our economic and business environments are strong and competitive, proving that Heber Valley still has a great entrepreneurial spirit,” says Starks. “We are very proud of the success of these businesses, for all their hard work, and dedication to their craft.”
