Provo Canyon Adventure’s Zipline is Utah’s premier tree-top canopy zip line tour nestled in the Wasatch Mountains and adjacent to the world famous Provo River. You’ll experience breath taking mountain scenery, wildlife, beautiful river-front landscapes and mountain fresh air. Soar across the tree-tops and fly with the birds as you take in beautiful mountain vistas, stunning views of Mt. Timpanogos and the Provo River.

Part of your outdoor adventure can also include an exhilarating stand-up paddle board river adventure down the Provo River or you could saddle up for a horseback trail ride in the Wasatch National Forest. If you prefer having your horsepower under the hood you can go on one of our guided off-road adventures.

Zip Line Basics

Gear
Don’t worry about bringing any gear we will provide you with everything! Make sure and bring a cameras and phones so you can remember the event! Gear includes harness, gloves, helmet, and personal brake.

Ziplines
Our ziplines are built with your safety in mind. We do everything in twos, two guides, two cables, two brakes and much more. Doing this ensures you can have fun while being safe.

What to Expect
Two Guides will take you up through Bear Canyon to the start of the first zipline. There they will instruct in the proper way to use the equipment and ride on the ziplines. You will go platform to platform zig-zagging down the canyonside. The 5 zipline tour will take around an hour depending on the size of the group.

Any time of the day you want to zip is the best time to zip.

Are reservations required?

Reservations are always recommended as this enables us to provide you with the best possible experience. If you do not have a reservation, we will always do our best to accommodate you based upon our availability.

Basic Directions

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time to avoid delays or missing your tour.
From Park City/Heber

Go to the south end of Heber at the interchange and turn right on Hwy 189.
Go past Deer Creek Reservoir and continue down Provo Canyon.
Before you get to the Sundance Turn off make a U-turn and drive approx. 3/4 mile back up the canyon to mile marker 15 (it also says Parking Area).
Make a right U-turn and proceed down the asphalt road toward the river.
Cross the bridge and follow the road about a half mile up the river.
You will see our white equipment trailer on the left and that is where you will come. If you don't want to drive on the dirt road you can park in the parking area off the highway and walk to the trailer.
From Salt Lake

Exit #272 (800 North) in Orem and drive east.
Stay in the left lane as you approach the mouth of the canyon.
Proceed up Provo Canyon and at approximately mile marker 14 you will pass through a tunnel. You are now one mile from the parking area.

A few feet past mile marker 15 you will pull off to the right, make a U-turn and proceed down the asphalt road toward the river.
Cross the bridge and follow the road about ½ mile up the river.
You will see our white equipment trailer on the left and that is where you will come. If you don't want to drive on the dirt road you can park in the parking area off the highway and walk to the trailer.
From Provo/Orem

From Provo, take University Ave heading north.
Stay in the right lane as you approach the mouth of the canyon.
From Orem, take exit #272 (800 North) and head east...stay in the left lane as you approach the mouth of the canyon.
Proceed up Provo Canyon and at approximately mile marker 14 you will pass through a tunnel. You are now one mile from the parking area.
